A Morchang Is a Rajasthani Instrument That Is Comparable to a Jew's Harp. It Belongs to the Plucking Idiophones Group, Which Includes Lamellophones. It Is Made Out of a Horseshoe-shaped Brass Ring with Two Parallel Forks That Constitute the Frame and a Metal Tongue in the Middle, Between the Forks, That Is Connected to the Circle at One End and Free to Vibrate at the Other. The Metal Tongue Is Bent in a Perpendicular Direction to the Circular Area at Its Open Edge So That It Can Be Hit and Vibrate. The Trigger Is the Bent Component.
