"Hi Meesho support, I recently purchased 20 black pens and 20 blue pens from your platform, and I was charged ₹242. However, when I received the product, I saw that the price mentioned on the pen box is ₹4 per piece. If that's the case, the total cost for 40 pens (20 black + 20 blue) would be ₹160 (40 x ₹4). But I was charged ₹242, which is ₹82 more than the expected amount. Can you please help me understand why I was charged extra and process a refund for the excess amount
