"This NAVRANG Appachetty Pan is used to make soft and hot Appams, a type of pancake from South India made with fermented rice batter and coconut milk. An elegant red colour, the pan has a diameter of 23 cm which is perfect for a family of 3-4. It is a premium cookware designed for low to medium-heat cooking and has health benefits, especially for people with high cholesterol and diabetes.
The cookware is scratch resistant, highly durable, and comes with a nonstick coating cured at a high temperature of 430⁰ C making it 100% health-safe and food safe. Its distinguishing features include low oil consumption, food browning without sticking, and easy food release."
