It is an defective piece. Neither the zero adjustment knob is working nor the body weight display is correct. Weight adjustment is fixed. Controlling knob is able to move it right and left. More importantly, wide variation noticed in body weight display. The worst is weight display is showing different and wrong weight every time. Received the replacement weighing scale today on 31.08.2023. It working well unlike the previous one. But the measurement displaying seems inaccurate. Showing some 5 kg more than what is correct weight. I compared today with 2 weighing scales one is digital and one manual. But all the time it is showing an error of higher weight around 8 kg. It is not useful to keep it. Hence I need it's return.
