I am using it since last 8 days and from the first day itself, its results are amazing.. I take 2 pills half an hour before gym and during the gym, my two t shirts completely got wet and amazing sweating is there. I feel it will give fabulous results because it increases stamina as well as metabolism rate.. I will highly recommend all to try this without any hitch..
