I ordered two mugs but received only one on 2 nd October. Yesterday I cancelled the order and requested for an refund. The delivery person picked up the mug but neither intimation came nor money back. It was promised in case of UPI transaction you will be refunded instantly. I hope misso to review their cancellation policy. I must add after writing this review approximately an hr after this i received refund and also intimation of pick up. THANKS MISSO
