I've ordered approx 10 necklace jwellery pieces from the meesho app. On 24th may 2025 your delivery partner arrived at my doorstep and gave me 5 parcels one of them was sunglasses and 4 were necklace he asked me for the otp of 4 products and gave him after this he went for another delivery before leaving he said the 5th products otp is yet to come, saying this he left after approx 10-15min he again called me and said mam you need to return the product because the status of that product is still showing not delivered, I agreed and gave him the product. After 1-2 days I again checked the status of that product and it was showing delivered but I didn't received the product. I raised a complaint on meesho on 26th may 2025 app regarding my order they said they will resolve this issue in 7 days I said okay and today I am seeing my complaint has been resolved without any solution cause I have share otp with that otp the product has been delivered. I want the solution as soon as possible either I want my money or the product.
