Blackstrap molasses is blended with cashew, almonds, raisins, pistachio and kesar for a delicious taste and good health. Blackstrap Molasses is produced by the third boiling of sugarcane juice. In the process of boiling, 90% sugar and water is removed and what remains is the darkest & thickest molasses. It is a rich source of iron, calcium, phosphorus and contains the most vitamins, minerals. It helps prevent anaemia; a tablespoon of blackstrap molasses contains 20% of your daily iron requirement. An American Dietetic Association study revealed that blackstrap molasses contains more antioxidants than honey and other natural sweeteners.
