Early Life and Spiritual Journey :  

Premanand Ji Maharaj was born in the Akhri village, Sarsaul Block, near Kanpur.

He left his home and family at a young age, inspired by his grandfather who was a sanyasi.

At 13, he began his spiritual journey, embracing lifelong celibacy (Naishtik celibacy) and sannyasa.

He was given the name Swami Anandashram after accepting the Mahakavya, but later sought solitude in Varanasi.

During his time in Varanasi, he meditated beneath a large peepal tree and was encouraged to witness Raas Leela.
