HOW TO GROW

•Clarkia Elegans flower seeds can be easily grown in pots.

•Ideal Temperature - 20° to 25°C.

•Sowing Time - February to May or September to October.

•Start by making a mixture of 33% cocopeat, 33% garden soil, and 33% compost.

•Place the seeds on the top of the soil and spread 1/4 - 1/2 inches layer of soil over it. Gently press to stable the placement of seeds.

•Mist the soil daily to keep it moist until the seeds germinate.

•Keep in partial sunlight(2 hrs of sunlight) as Clarkia seeds need sunlight to germinate.

•Frequent watering needed until germination.

•Germination time - 8 to 10 days.

•No transplantation needed.

•If the plants tend to grow in a very crowded manner then transplantation can be done.

•Minimum 4- 5 hours of sunlight is necessary.

•Water Clarkia on an alternate day basis or only when the topsoil is dry, as extensive watering may rot the roots of the plant.

•It takes a minimum of 60 days to reach its full bloom potential.
