Spices like mustard seeds, methi seeds, cinnamon, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin, nigella seeds, and carrom seeds
Lemon
Oil like peanut oil or mustard oil
Salt
Preparation
Peel and crush the garlic
Add salt, turmeric, and lemon to the garlic
Let it dry in the sun for a couple of days
Add spices when the mixture softens and turns moist
Add oil
Leave in the sun for 7-10 days
Store in glass jars
Uses
