It's actually not that bad to return but i request to understand the concern. Low Protection 1. Inadequate Corner Protection The current design lacks sufficient cushioning or "lip" height at the corners. For a case to be effective, the corners need extra reinforcement or shock-absorption decign to prevent impact damage during a drop. 2. Oversized Camera Cutout The cutout for the rear camera module is significantly larger than necessary. This leaves a large gap of exposed glass around the lenses, making the camera assembly highly vulnerable to scratches and direct impact. 3. Screen Vulnerability Because the case profile lacks a raised "lay-on-the-table" edge, the display is not sufficiently recessed. This increases the risk of the screen cracking if the phone falls face-down. While I am keeping the product for now, the manufacturer needs to iterate on this design. By tightening the camera tolerances and reinforcing the corner bumpers, this could be a great case. As it stands, it sacrifices safety for manufacturing and raw material cost cutting.
