Application - After cleansing and drying your skin, protect your nipples with Pasties/Nipple covers. Cut the tape to fit your breast, lift one breast, gently apply the tape while peeling the liner, pat to secure, and avoid readjustment or reuse.

Removal - Cover the tape with coconut oil or lotion, allowing it to soak for 15 minutes. Gradually peel it away from your skin, adding more oil if necessary; don't rip it off abruptly. Noted - Remove with oily only.
