Silicone trays are flexible and sturdy enough,twist and pop it from underneath however way you want. Two tricks to make it easier :  

1. 10 seconds under warm water the cubes will come out very easily from the silicone bottom (don't over fill them)

2. Take out from refrigerator, leave it for a few minutes, and then twist the ice cube trays to get ice cubes

Kindly Advice

Hand washes before first-time use. Hand wash the reusable ice cube tray set in warm soapy water, then dry thoroughly before first-time use.

2. Do not use a metal brush to clean these ice cube trays.

3. Do not clean the ice cube trays with strong detergent in case they get corroded.

Wait 2 minutes after taking out the trays from the fridge for easy pop out of ice cubes
