Shudh Online Alkanet root, better known as Ratan jot / Ratan Joth, is traditionally used to add color to Indian food. It is the original natural food coloring that gives the famous Kashmiri dish rogan josh its signature red color.

1) NATURAL COLORING AGENT TO FOOD (LIKE ROGAN JOSH) - For cooking, heat it up in a little oil, ghee or butter, then strain it with a metal strainer, before using. Discard the used Ratan Jot and add the red oil to your dish.

2) REDUCE HAIR FALL and INCREASE HAIR GROWTH - Damini Balchad is used to treat all scalp-related problems like headache, dandruff, skin infections.

3) REDUCE SKIN MARKS - Rattan joth (Onosma / Orchanet) is used for treating cuts, scars and wounds. Mix with any oil and apply on marks.
