Corn is harvested early while the stalks are still small and immature. It typically is eaten whole – cob included – in contrast to mature corn, whose cob is too tough for human consumption. It is eaten both raw and cooked. Baby corn is common in stir fry dishes.

Prepare soil before sowing the seeds, by mixing Manure with soil (3 : 7), this will help in germination of seeds.Care needs to be taken to see that the soil is clean from any weed or insect.

Now open the seed packet on a white sheet of paper as while opening the seeds might fall, which are not visible to naked eyes.
