Dear Meesho Team, I recently ordered a big box of chocolates (12 pieces) for Rakhi, but I received a small box with only 8 pieces instead. This is very disappointing, especially since I paid for the larger product. I have also read many similar complaints from other customers, but I did not expect this to happen to me. The product I received is not as described, and the size and quantity are completely different from what was advertised. I request you to kindly take immediate action to resolve this issue by either: 1. Sending me the correct product (big box with 12 pieces), OR 2. Issuing a full refund. Please note that my other orders are also arriving soon, and I hope they will be correct as per the product description. I trust Meesho will not let customers be cheated like this.
