Coal sense soap is a carefully formulated combination of Coal tar and Salicylic acid to combat skin and scalp problems. It has antifungal, anti-inflammatory, anti-itch, and antiparasitic properties. It is applied to the skin to treat psoriasis or seborrheic dermatitis-related itchiness, scaling, and flaking. Coal tar works by causing the skin to shed dead cells from its top layer and slowing down the growth of skin cells. This effect decreases scaling and dryness. It can lessen the itching brought on by these skin conditions. Salicylic acid is a keratolytic ingredient that can soften the skin, breaks down keratin clumps, and increases moisture in the skin by dissolving the substance that makes skin cells adhere to one another.

How to use it?

Wet the affected parts thoroughly and apply the Coal-Sense Soap to make a rich lather. Leave lather for 2-3 minutes, then rinse with water.
