How to use :  

Using Method I (Cold Compression) :  

1. Open the lid, put in a small amount of water and place the ice cubes. The volume of the ice cube is 1/2-2/3 of the ice bag capacity

2. To prevent water from leaking, close the lid tightly. Please note that the lid does not close tightly when tilted.

3. Place the ice pack in the cold area and use a special bandage or protective equipment to fix it.

4. To prevent the ice block from getting too cold, you can use a towel and underwear as a liner.

5. To prevent the corners of the ice from cutting the bag, you can use water to rinse the corners of the ice before use.

Use method two (hot compression) :  

1. Open the lid and fill it with hot water below 60℃ to 2/3 degree.

2. Close the lid and separate the hot compression area with a towel or underwear.

3. It is easier to fill with water from a water heater with a temperature adjustment function.
