water-soluble paper is a bio-based material made from Forest Steward Council (FSC) sourced wood pulp fibers and a natural cellulose ingredient. Once the material comes in contact with water, the cellulose ingredient dissolves and the wood pulp fibers separate and remain. The microfibers that remain are safe to flush or go down your drain, per INDA’s GD4 FG502 series testing. Once the material enters the environment, micro-organisms and bacteria help to break down the wood pulp fibers even further, allowing it to fully biodegrade in a short period of time. This breakthrough technology is readily biodegradable per OECD 301B. Our paper is also printable on most web and sheetfed presses.
