HOW TO USE

This is a multimillet powder which is very rich in protein.

You need to have this instead of Morning Breakfast.

Take 2 glass of water make it to boil and add 2 table spoons of millet and stir them without any lumps.

If you want you can add a pinch of salt for taste.

Ensure you don't add sugar or milk to it. Also, you are not supposed to eat anything after that.

In case if you are very hungry you can take any fruits.
