Ordered L but came M and material not so good didnt like the material it was a fur type. What is this after exchanging to size L again only size M came again .could not sent the size that customer ordered? Very disappointed . Pick up were delaying now a days. Previous toh as soon as return request the pick up will picked up the next day . But these days gave the date after 2 to 3 day after request and not pick up. Moreover the if we asked again for 2 to 3 times request then only give the date again to pick up on Sunday but Sunday I never received my item and didn't hear about agent running on Sunday in here, just giving the inappropriate date to let 7 days gone and cancelled the return that it cause i faced these kind of things in this online shopping app. Pick up on 18Aug was given but 19 also gone.Not trusted one. Why picked up always failed and rescheduled again and again. Dnt like it at all.
